Prior to the formation of Einstellung Labs, Zwissler was Executive Director/ CEO of Chabot Space & Science Center and The Fort Mason Foundation. Zwissler serves in the leadership of both local and national non-profits. In his free time he can be found mountain biking and planning to become a poet.
Jill Knowland has over 20 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business modeling, GAAP accounting, business management, internal control design, and Science Center operations.
She has held executive level positions in Science Centers and museums for the last 12 years. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of USS Hornet Sea, Air & Space Museum where she focused on strengthening the STEM content of the programming and exhibitions as well as increasing the visibility of the museum in the community. This resulted in increased attendance, improved outreach into the educational and general public communities as well as longer dwell times in the museum due to the enhanced exhibits.
Katie brings over fifteen years of experience in building and leading teams to design innovative solutions to complex problems in the nonprofit space. With a diverse background in non-profits, educational start-ups, and design thinking, Katie provides a unique, creative approach to Einstellung engagements.
Content and Strategy
Chase Zwissler consults for cross-sector organizations with a focus on social, environmental, and economic justice. He supports clients with strategic planning, web development, and marketing. Chase previously worked as a project manager for Verizon, where he utilized his skills in diversity management and communication to lead a team implementing network solutions for a top Fortune 20 company. Chase has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership (Summa Cum Laude) from Arizona State University, and is completing a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership and Management.
Marketing and Digital Communications
Nigel brings a wide array of online marketing expertise to Einstellung Labs, including SEO, Digital PR, and branding. He has worked both in-house and on a consulting basis for SaaS startups, local businesses, and nonprofits to improve online visibility and grow brand awareness.
